Ribcrib Bbq Grill - Salina

I ate with my family here. service was fast and friendly. the restaurant was very clean. I had the plate with the sausage and truthahn and was very disappointed by the quality of the meat. we had the fries with cheese and brisket as an appetizer and the brisket was amazing. I wish I had ordered the brisket for my main meal. the rest of the family enjoyed their meal. I will go back in the future, but in any case stay away from the sausage and truthahn!

Not bad for a chain restaurant, nice portions and fresh. It seems that the highway patrol like to eat there. They were everywhere, i felt quite protected.

Great Ribs! The pulled pork sandwich was large tender, lots of fries. Couldn't eat it all.

Good food but nothing exceptional. I've had better BBQ and sauces; however, very friendly service. I tried 3 different meats. The fries were good. The meat and fries were served almost room temperature, slightly warm. The whole staff is a bit forgetful and must be called to the table for things as simple as an empty water glass, and to take the check when it's ready to be paid. That's just two examples, there were many more. If you want BBQ and don't know of a better place, this one is okay. I'll try and find a better place next time.

That is a $15.00 meal? I'm disappointed in the serving size. A bit too skimpy for us to return again. The waitress was great but she should have seen this pittance of pulled pork for a BBQ joint no less and laughed it back to the cook to get a real servingof it.
