Kfc - Salina

We waited almost an hour for a 16 piece and the staff were very patient. they gave us a free chocolate chip cake to wait so long. the whole order was right and warm when we came home.

The manager asked me to pull forward to wait on food( more forward than I already was) with 0 cars behind me. I replied that there were no cars behind me and for the 5 minutes I was in the current forward position, he was blocking traffic talking to a person in a car, in the middle of the parking lot smoking. He replied, I will make sure service is slower for you. I then followed him inside to ask for my money back, which he denied me. He then tried to engage me in a awhat is wrong with you rant and stated that here at KFC the customer is not always right. I told him several times I did not want to speak with him.

Love it on Wednesday when you get a chicken roasted steak meal at a reasonable price.

That was the most incredible meal I've ever had. I absolutely love KFC, and I wish the KFC chef would share his recipe because these chicken sandwiches were unforgettable!

On the morning of September 26th, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. When I pulled into the drive-thru, there was a line, but it moved quickly! The wait time was minimal. Once I got home, the food was fresh and delicious! I want to give a shoutout to the hard-working staff; it’s not easy in the food industry these days, so I felt it was important to leave a review. I will definitely be coming back!
