El Mexicano Restaurant # 2 - Salina

Stopped on our way through and had one of the BEST Mexican dinners everWe travel quite a bit and live in Chicago so our standards are pretty high.

I honestly do not know how this place has only 3.5 starsI love el mexWe are plain pickyWe have traveled and ate our way through the west.

This place was way better than the 3.5 star reviewfajitas were a generous portion and very flavorfulService was great and quick.

I've eaten here more than once and it's my go to when riding my motorcycle south to the National Parks. Staff is always friendly and service is excellent. They have a great menu and I've never had a single complaint. It's hot fresh and never stale or old tasting. Chips and salsa are also very fresh. Lots of parking and there's a grassy area under the trees in the back for you to let your pet out for a bathroom break, you'll need your own poop bags,, . I forgot photos was little too hungry and forgot to take any.
