Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store - Salina

The ONLY reason I 'm doing 4 stars on food is because the chicken in my strips was dried out a bit but everything else was delicious. It was my first time ever eating at a Braums, but it definitely will not be my last! The workers were all very friendly too, and helpful no matter what we needed from them; never made it seem like we were "imposing on their time* like MANY fast food workers do. Great Experience! Great Meal! Great dessert too. I got the banana split...I swear that sucker was the size of my face! It had to come home with me and get finished during a second sitting.

Ordered malts... got shakes that tasted filmy. Was not impressed.

Employees serving didn’t have gloves on, several employees were whacked out of there mind on drugs and make absolutely no sense whatsoever and it was overall a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone nor will I return

The young lady that waited on us at the cash register was horrible. When my wife ordered a small chocolate sundae, The young lady had a blank stare on her face like she had no idea what a chocolate sundae was. She tried to enter it in the cash register a couple of times and couldn’t figure it out and finally, the manager came over and helped her. Then I ordered a small chocolate malt. Neither of these should’ve been difficult. My wife’s chocolate Sunday came with stuff on it that she didn’t want on it and wasn’t asked about and my chocolate malt was actually warm and liquid when I got it. We got them to go and didn’t try them until we got to the car and ended up throwing them both out. The manager needs to address the deficiencies in this employee. We will not be back.

My boyfriend's a cook at braum's he gets all kinds of compliments about how good the food is. And he's fast at getting the food out.
