I stumbled across this place whilst exploring the city centre gardens at the Dig the City weekend. It is not in an obvious location, a location which is usually ventured by people parking at the nearby carparks or who took the wrong turn down deansgate. Nonetheless it is well worth the visit. Essentially a eco-friendly coffee pod at the side of the canal whoes aim was to create a space to relax and unwind. They even have a space to park up your bikes outside which is inline with the eco theme. The coffee is locally sourced and simply amazing. I wanted an iced coffee and they recommended a concoction of vanilla ice-cream and a shot of expresso. The idea is you pour the espresso over you ice cream and eat with a spoon. The combination was amazing and I’ve been trying to recreate it at home ever since!!
Excellent little pod coffee shop with excellent coffee in classy cups with gold spoons! There's not much room to sit although it has an outdoors seating area which looks nice.
Great concept just off the beaten path from Manchester's shopping hive. Dive in here for a limited but perfectly formed selection of coffee, even V60 or Syphon poured if that's your thing. Small space that's cosy and quiet, WiFi available.
This restaurant has a stunning atmosphere. The barista was fantastic, and the coffee was the best I've ever tasted. I also appreciate their commitment to reducing plastic waste by not using single-use cups.
