An experience never to be repeated again Terrible experience! We arrived and our table had been given to other people, so we had to sit in the place of others. Although I had asked the courtesy of having a plate of pasta with sauce prepared for the child upon arrival, after about an hour (2.40pm) it had still not been done and only after various insistence did it arrive. The request for a while of parmesan for the child's pasta caused a stir, they didn't even have cheese and the owner arrived with diced smoked provola, without even asking me if there were food intolerances and passing it off as a gesture of affection towards the child. Almost a favor done exceptionally... The dishes described in the menu were not entirely available and we only found out about it by chance. The next table had not been told and the person who had ordered had to eat dishes they didn't like in order to eat something. In the end, after about an hour and a half of waiting, only two first courses arrived and so, like other tables, we decided to leave, after paying only for what had been consumed. I only felt sorry for the waiter, who served us with great humility and was truly mortified by the situation. The owner, however, despite the protests of those present, with a certain cheek continued to seat people. However, it was clear that the situation was not at all under control. I believe that with this trend the fate of this activity is sealed. Both the management and the welcoming of customers by a business that is in the center of our city is shameful and should only be as welcoming as possible towards those who decide to spend a different Sunday fueling the city's economy. We went there for a birthday booked to eat pizzas that never arrived. Rude service except for the professional guy is available . The owner treated us very badly, breaking my friend's cake. (He doesn't even deserve one star) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
