Firehouse Subs - Salem

Very expensive for what you get. $25 for a small 4 and a medium 6 with 2 drinks. Soggy rolls, wild salad. Iced Tee was good.

They need to learn how to answer the phone. Tried for over an hour to call in an order. Guess they don't need the business. Ended up going to bojangles. Lots of places in town more eager to have your business. Have had numerous problems from this place including being told you can't have extra pickle even if you offer to pay for it by their manager with the teardrop tattoo. The place really needs restructuring. Would not recommend if you're hungry though.

This place can no longer get an order correct for even a single sandwich. Seems no one cares to even check anymore...the restaurant is a good place to eat. I would avoid this location like the plague if you expect to get what you ordered...I will let the pictures explain it....edit place still can't get anything correct...avoid at all costs..

Wouldn't honor the $6 lunch deal despite having a sign in the window advertising the special. It's bad business. No apology from the employee either. I won't be back to this location. They should consider taking the sign down for future customers. Had I had not been short on time, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Love the food, but rarely get the correct bread and condiments at this store. Not sure if it's just because there are lots of young staffers or what. Still one of my favorite places.
