Panera Bread - Salem

I visit Panera restaurants all over. This one is top notch. The food is fresh. Portions are really good and the employees are super helpful. We brought our dogs so were at an outside table. I had 3 trays to take out. The employee came out from behind the prep area and helped carry the food to our table. Will definitely come again when in the Salem area.

Panera never disappoints, their sandwiches tastes the cleanest! The veggies/salads are always fresh and crispy (and so is their bread). First time I had tomato soup was at a Panera and glad I did. BTW, they use real eggs!! Not those fake eggs from other chains.You see a lot of people doing business and having meetings here, I call it the corporate spot!I enjoy eating outside, nice cozy spot…when it is not windy ??

Every once in awhile I stop in for something real simple; with soup it's always the same old strange dilemma; bowl of soup IS ONLY A HALF BOWL OF SOUP.So, $8.67 for a half a bowl of soup, just seems ridiculous; in fact the only things more strange are that 1.more people don't have a problemand 2. it's not more stupefyingly obvious to management..I feel like I'm eating a bowl of soup designed for kids, but someone forgot to use a kid size bowl..

If I could give this 0 stars I would. All I wanted was a grilled cheese and this is what I received. Absolutely disappointing and disgusting the cheese was so burnt this meal was not edible. Hopefully next time if this place burns a meal they at least offer to remake it and not just serve it to the customer. Never returning again

The sandwich was disappointing! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheese on an asiago bagel. The bearded man at the drive-thru seemed quite irritable and hurried me through the payment process. When I finally received my bagel, I noticed it was squished. Additionally, the bagel itself tasted awful and was undercooked.
