Paco's Mexican Food - Salem

Deceptive pricing. I bought ice cream for $3, but they charged me $3.50. My wife ordered something for $5, and they charged her $5.50. We didn't notice until we got home. I typically don’t tip servers for just handing me ice cream, but it seems like they take the liberty of tipping themselves without informing the customers.

The Yard is fantastic, but my lunch experience was disappointing. I ordered three tacos, but I couldn't even finish one. They had no lettuce or cheese, just overcooked meat that seemed past its prime. When I brought this up, they told me this is how they always prepare it. Yuck!

Parking is limited in the lot behind the yard and is first come, first served, so it's best not to drive a large truck!

I've been to a lot of places to check out their fish tacos and Paco's is right up there at the top with my grandmother's cooking. The arroz y frijoles tasted just like hers.This only other place that rates at the top is Lydia's in La Bufadora, Baja California and I stop there every time I'm down in Baja.

Obviously more people need to write reviews! This place is delicious! Freshly made, and super yummy.I got one chicken flauta as a snack, honestly didn’t expect it to be freshly rolled but wow- so good! Went for a second to try beef!Budget friendly and yummy
