Little Caesars Pizza - Salem

The young lady at the front counter was quite rude. We were charged $8.99 for a pizza that was supposed to be $8.00. She didn’t call our name or greet us when we arrived. After waiting for 25 minutes and seeing several people come in, quickly pick up their pizzas, and leave, we inquired about our order. With a smile, she casually said, "Oh, I just threw it in the garbage... do you want it?" We received no reception, no pizza, no refund, and no apology.

They gave me the wrong pizza, and refused to replace it. I hadn't even left the parking lot yet, I checked the box and walked back in to show them my receipt and the pizza I was given and they told me they weren't going to replace the food.

Would rate 0 stars if I could, walking in I was greeted with Mexican mariachi music so loud I could barely hear the cashier..she took our order and told us it would be a 10 minute wait for the cheesey bread..after ordering we sat to the side and waited, after 20 minutes we were confused why so many people had came up and ordered cheesey bread at the counter and were given it. We asked one of the employees who walked by us...he immediately went In the back and grabbed our items and placed them on the counter by the register...then the cashier Erika who originally took our order snatched them up before we could grab them..she then turned around and placed our food back in the oven( massive health code violation) and started talking under her breath. Was a terrible experience, I will spend my pizza budget elsewhere and I recommend others do the same

I ordered two pepperoni pizzas. none had ingredients. I also waited 15 minutes for them to give me my order. bad service. I would not return to this specific store

My family and I love Little Caesars, extra cheese extra Italian sausage sweet, their bread is so soft, my 4 year old daughter is a pizza ? lover and Little Caesars is just the best, for me as a single mother there Pizza prices falls right into my budget every time...
