Little Caesars Pizza - Salem

We placed an online order, and my husband went to pick it up right on time. However, when he arrived, the pizzas weren't ready, so he had to wait, which was fine. Unfortunately, when he got home, one of the pizzas had clearly been sitting in the hot box for too long, and our deep-dish pizza was undercooked—the cheese was melted, but the crust was still raw. We usually don’t return food, but this was unacceptable. My husband took it back to the restaurant to request a refund, but the manager was rude and didn't even apologize. This isn't the first time we've been disappointed with the food here, but we had chosen not to complain before. From now on, we will be avoiding this place.

I ordered a piece and sticks with light sauce and extra cheese. The kid at the counter seemed stoned and wasn’t really focused on what he was doing. It took him about five minutes to return with my pizza, and when he finally handed it to me, I went home. When I opened the pizza, I found there was no sauce and no extra cheese, and I realized I had been charged as if I ordered a combo. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

My friend and I recently visited this restaurant, and we had a very disappointing experience. A short staff member was unfriendly for no apparent reason. Additionally, we were given an old pizza to take home. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

Wait 20 minutes, went inside to check. He said it was 10 minutes, waited 10 minutes, said it would be 5 minutes, waited 25 more minutes! You told us they didn't put it in the oven? Very frustrating.

I don?t go to this place for quality pizza but the breadsticks were disgusting and tasted like they had been left from the day before. The service was awful as well; the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. A girl walked away in the middle of helping a customer to talk to her friend in the back. The staff that helped me acted as if I was inconveniencing him by ordering food from there. The marinara sauce was so incredibly watered down it was like red water; they also didn?t even bother to fill it even halfway.
