This restaurant deserves a five-star rating all around! The prices are very reasonable considering the portion sizes. We have tried several bowls, but the Alchemist is my favorite! If you find yourself in Salem, be sure to stop by this little gem. They offer takeout, but the coziest atmosphere is inside. Our pets also send warm welcomes into the fall season. I ordered the Mexican hot chocolate and the winter herbal tea at this restaurant. As a Mexican, I was disappointed to find that the hot chocolate had no resemblance to traditional Mexican hot chocolate - it was watery and not sweet at all. However, the winter herbal tea was delicious. The customer service was excellent - when we raised our concerns about the hot chocolate, they promptly switched it out for a different herbal tea at no extra cost. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and atmosphere a 4. The price per person was between $1-10.

The food here is incredible, absolutely packed with flavour and goodness. The cage is in a good location and the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy.
