La Lucciola Pizzeria - Salem

I wanted to try this place since he opened and finally did it today. I think that's my new favorite pizza place in salem, just cross christo's and basil board. the thin crust is as close as I have found to the real thing I had in italia (although it could be a little craspier), and the sauce is beautiful and tangy, not too sweet. the prices are 10-$15 for a 12 pizza, they also have salads. even if we went during the busy lunchtime, the service was fast and friendly, they put in their order and sit close and they bring it to them. it is located in fork forty food court with a series of other good and diverse restaurants. they may need to drive around a bit to find a parking lot, as it is in the middle of the city, not in a shopping center/ shopping center.

This place was great! Not only the pizza was great, but they asked us to make us an extra pizza, because one of them does not meet their standards. I have a free drink while I waited. great food, great service, great prices! highly recommended.

Had the BEST pizza in town...it was a Greek special....fresh fresh fresh ingredients, excellent crust...MOLTO BENE!!!!

I've only heard good things about this place so I decided to try it out with my girlfriend. I'm a big pizza guys and definitely know good pizza from bad pizza and this is good pizza. Hit the spot and the ingredients tasted fresh. My girlfriend got the margarita and I got the four cheese blend with pepperoni and did not disappoint. Customer service was good as well. We will definitely be returning.
