The food is always good here. You have large portions and great drinks. Friendly staff. The indoor and outdoor kitchen is comfortable.

Beautiful brewery with a lot of outside door area to hang out. Unfortunately, they were insanely understaffed, but we could get a beer while we waited to order our food order. The staff was nice, even if they were in short supply. My friend had a margarita that was very good and I had some beers. The Mamba was very fascinating. Although none of Thier beers have blown me out of the water, all I had were very good and clean. The food was great. It is worth visiting when you are in the area of Salem.

Really had a delightful evening with the family in this spacious, open food. So many wonderful beers to choose and they allow you to taste before you choose. Food is of high quality ingredients with an appetizing presentation. Not the fastest round from order to food, but it allowed us time to visit and we appreciate it. The Bretzel bread sticks and beer cheese appetizer was most amazing. Our waitress was very attentive. A great place to eat, to drink and to be happy.

We were here a handful of time, and the food is always delicious and the service is great! If you are looking for a rustic place where you want to sit back, relax and drink on a drink (I recommend her yeast wheat), this is a place to try! It is particularly nice to sit outside during spring/summer. We? ve was taken out, and this time we got her green beans appetizer, Mac and cheese, and the Heathen Burger. The green beans are good, but it is a large part that can easily be divided between 4-5 people. The Mac and the cheese are some of the best in the city, although the sauce is not always consistent (sometimes it is perfectly cheesy and sometimes it is a little dry and underwhelming). Her burgers are pretty good, and although I enjoy the Heideburger, it is a bit on the heavier side.

We visited on a brewery tour back in 2014 and we have been returning anytime we are in the Salem area ever since! (pics are from several different visits! Great service and great food! We especially like the outside seating area nearby grounds have a park like feeling. The beers are really good. For food, we stick with the burgers and sandwiches never been disappointed. I would say the only negative is the parking it is an odd shaped lot and it can get busy and be hard to find a spot especially if you drive a bigger vehicle. But it is worth the trouble can't wait to visit again!
