Dunkin' Donuts - Salem

The staff is incredibly kind and highly skilled at their jobs. I hope they continue their excellent work, especially considering everything they might be experiencing.

Margarita is hands down the best employee I've encountered over the years! If you have her taking your order, you know you're in good hands!

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant! The service was exceptional, and Margarita truly stood out. She's a wonderfully friendly and sweet person who puts together orders incredibly quickly. I can confidently say she's the best staff member they have!

Terrible experience. Our car was towed shortly after we made a purchase and walked to a candy store just around the corner. We had only been in Salem for less than two hours, and it turned into a nightmare. I believe the Latina manager with the black lipstick was responsible. When I questioned her about it, she just rolled her eyes and ignored me. We ended up having to pay $143 to get our car back. I strongly advise staying away from this place! After retrieving our car, we noticed they were preparing to tow another vehicle as well. The towing company informed us that they frequently call to have cars towed.

Didn't have a good experience at this location. They kept missing food that I ordered and then questions me if I ordered it. I had to keep showing my receipt so they can see that I already paid. I asked the lady, for a little cream and she ended up putting in extra extra cream. They forgot to add cream and sugar to my husband's coffee.
