Blaze's Southern Style Ribs - Salem

This small place serves up some great food. Big chalk board menu on the wall. Had the gumbo. Yummy warm corn bread!

We ordered a selection of dishes from Blaze for our staff lunch, and everything was absolutely delicious. Everyone kept commenting on how good everything tasted, and our building smelled wonderful for the rest of the day! I'm also very excited that this place is close to home. We've found another fantastic local spot to get a meal.

The food here was great! Small dining room only seats 36 people and was a bit warm inside. Other than that it was definitely a Louisiana experience!

EVERYTHING WAS AWESOME I HAD THE RIBS CHICKEN FISH COMBO with MAC CHEESE AND GREENS . THE OWNER AND HIS FAMILY WAS VERY WELCOMING GAVE ME BOWL GUMBO WHILE MY ORDER WAS BEING PREPARED. ILL BE BACK VERY SOON
