Beautiful Fusion Peruvian-Spanish, inspired by Central in Lima. Victor uses great ingredients such as rocoto, ají, truffle and Lucuma (fruit) to create amazing dishes. The price is very reasonable given the excellent quality of food. Service was very friendly and correct. Very recommended!

Maybe the best Michelin star place we've ever been. The story behind the menu was tempting and brilliantly told by the courses. The flavors were creative and well tuned, and the presentation 10/10. The Peruvian influence was clear as the most important Spanish topics. Will definitely return, something I would rarely say for such places.
