You can watch the cooks preparing fresh dough and cooking in the brick oven. Service: The staff, including servers, cooks, owners, and busboys, are all friendly and hardworking, despite being very busy. This is not a calm and relaxed American-style restaurant. You order, eat, and leave quickly. Note: This is a family-owned establishment. The owner is a young gentleman of 25, whose father originally came to Sakarya as a teacher. They are a wonderful family and a great example. Many people believe that Lahmacun and Meat Bread are very similar, but this is not the case. While they are related, they are two distinct dishes in terms of style, taste, and presentation. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in Sakarya-Adapazari.
