Bidrage med feedbackThe place is in a very good position. the lady who leads the place should have done something else in life, which reflects in the abysmal service, very bad coffee and sub par crêpes.
Just don't. it was time to take or wait a little bit at the middle of the day until we were down the road to the next station and then the sky opened for an abortion, a few available tables and a quick menu on the board with different sandwiches thought. we could do it. we sat inside, got a small chalkboard menu and ordered two water. lady came back to the table we ordered two 'bored ham and cheese' in the English version, but as we suspected from the French side it was the inside out version that should have been good with us. now, the cheese in bread/toast was not melted the mayonnaise was so thick up that when they cut the sandwich, it simply failed and that was all they tasted, not the sink or the cheese. touristy against, so we don't necessarily understand to expect great food, but that was soggy, burned and tasteless!
The only good thing about this place is the location. right at the main square, with a view of the church, we stopped after the march. After we were rudely informed that there were no croissants, we had just as surly service for 2 overpriced coffees,...not even a bill to see how much accurate, and the woman swore about me until I paid as if I had a run for her with 2 children in tow there are several other caffes around this place, I can not imagine that there are worse than those.
The town was packed and we were looking for some lunch. We got into the Bar Au Domino and had traditional half baguettes with ham or cheese or butter. They tasted great, just what we needed. The drinks were reasonable. The staff were friendly, but...extremely busy. A great place to eat.
Nice bar, overlooking the town's square and its church. Not a fancy or posh place, but excellent for having a coffee or a beer. Customers are a mix of tourists and local people which adds to the charm of this place. Helpfull people: we asked for a tray of water for our dog and he got his drink first ;)
