The fried items were soggy and the sauce tasted burnt, indicating that it was old and not properly mixed.

The restaurant was disappointing as they were missing 2 out of the 3 items I ordered.

Total failure this evening Italian poutine, uncooked fries and uncooked white onion rings!!

I ordered an average poutine expo. I received a classic, the sauce tasted like nothing and there was very little of it. The fries were undercooked. At least the cheese is good. Unfortunately I realized this at home. In addition to taking about 20 minutes to get served. Very disappointing for a poutine for almost $24, first time I've been there and I won't go back.
