Les Neiges - Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves

We had such an incredible dinner here during our stay in Saint Sorlain D 'Arves. We are here based on the reviews we have read about Google and TripAdvisor, and we are so glad that we have made it! We chose their proposals that were a Steak de Boef and Lamb Shank. That was probably one of the best pieces of meat we had in a very long time. You can say that the cook is really passionate about his dishes and that was immediately translated into food. We also took a bottle of Brouilly from Beaujolais, which was perfect for both dishes. After that we chose each dessert and it was absolutely fantastic! I had received the Blueberry Planet, which was prepared by a court of blueberries that were hand-picked in the summer in the mountains of St. Sorlin and made to a compote and mousse. My husband had her special of the day, that was a pineapple Macaron that was absolutely fantastic! 10/10 for us! We would definitely return!

This is a beautiful restaurant in the center of St Sorlin in an amazing building. The food is not your storage savoie menu, but imaginative creations. The desserts are especially amazing as the fish shaker (with smoked fish in the house).

We had a great dinner at this restaurant during our stay in Saint Sorlain. The salads are really good and the various main courses were very well prepared. The staff was very friendly, even in a busy night.

Une très belle découverte, avec un accueil charmant alors que nous sommes arrivés à 14h passés et que des confrères avaient refusé de nous servir. Une belle terrasse au soleil avec vue sur les montagnes, une délicieuse fondue savoyarde et une charcuterie du pays, des vins bien sélectionnés, et une famille qui tient le resto fort sympathique. Le décor à l'intérieur est original et très chouette, nous reviendrons ! Les cyclistes et les motards sont les bienvenus !
