Jimmy John’s - Saint Simons Island

Ordered delivery for our office on opening day! Was actually freaky fast and they didn't have any issues finding us- usually GPS takes you somewhere else! Placed order on the app and it arrived within 15 minutes. Seriously so impressed. Order was correct, fresh, and delicious!!!

I wish I had photos of our amazing sandwiches last night. (Country Club and Little Johns for my kids) My 6 year old said, ?It tastes so good because it was made with love!? The team member service was excellent as well! Can?t wait to get my JJ fix again ASAP! ????

For the second time I have been give the wrong order at the drive thru. They were not busy and the charges me for my order and gave me someone else?s order that was not the same price. I have tried JJ all over the Country and never had a problem. It seems to be a theme here in Brunswick. So disappointed. Oh well back to Larry?s for me. You lost my business JJ. Make your people accountable. No on wants to order and have a surprise when the get home.

I work right across the street from jimmy johns. Order quite frequently. Today i ordered online at 1229. At 1:00, clock i called the guy said we have the order but i dont see it. He was pretty nasty on the phone. They had to reprint my ticket. Again did not receive the sandwiches unti 1;30. Never again

I order from here every week (office is just down the road) and am also a former JJ employee in Milledgeville. I usually get a pickle quartered on the side with my meal, and I am not one to complain, but the pickle I received in my order today did not taste like it normally does. I was embarrassed to even call the store, but didn't want anyone else to have the same experience. The store manager kindly explained that the pickles were indeed fresh but sent a very understanding driver to bring me a new one to me at no charge and it was perfect! Thank you so much for making this right and being one of my all-time favorite lunch spots! Y'all rock!
