Buffalo Wild Wings - Saint Robert

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint Robert, Missouri, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon entering the restaurant around 9 PM, I immediately noticed an unpleasant odor resembling mop water and mop bucket throughout the establishment. Furthermore, it took a frustrating 13 minutes for the front desk to acknowledge our presence, despite multiple groups waiting before us.To make matters worse, the staff gave us disapproving looks, seemingly upset that we arrived two hours prior to closing time. This unwelcoming attitude persisted for the entire 12 minutes we waited to be seated. This was not the first time I encountered such delays at this location, which led me to reconsider my dining choice.Ultimately, my party opted to dine at the newly opened Antonio's Mexican Restaurant in Saint Robert, where we were promptly greeted and received exceptional, friendly service. I had hoped that Buffalo Wild Wings, following an incident that required the health inspector's intervention, as reported by the Pulaski County Daily News, back in 2022 would have improved its operations. Regrettably, my experience suggests otherwise.In conclusion, my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint Robert, Missouri, was marked by an unpleasant odor, a lengthy wait for acknowledgment, and unwelcoming treatment from the staff. I cannot confidently recommend this establishment based on my recent encounter.

Chairs upside down on tables 2 hours before closing didn't seem very welcoming... but I understand the closers want to get out of there ASAP. Ultimate Nachos needed more cheese topping... I asked for more and got it, thanks. Great server!

I Accidentally placed my order wrong. Manager named Will was able to fix my error with minimal effort. Amazing service, great food, and regulars deals. What more could you want?

Visited Buffalo Wild Wings four days ago and enjoyed a delicious meal consisting of salad and wings with Asian Zing sauce and Mango Habanero. The food was flavorful and satisfying, and the service from our server was also excellent. A great dining experience

Went to go grab food today. Attempted to order online and the website wouldn't let me checkout. I ended up in the store attempting to order and was told 15-20 min for my food. 45 minutes later I finally got my food. I would have expected that if the place was packed, but it had open tables everywhere. Once I got home with my food I realized seasoning is not a thing that this place, everything was extremely bland without even salt. I know it got shut down before for things, but got new ownership, but after the food I got today I don't even have words.
