Bidrage med feedbackWe have known the owners of this excellent restaurant in their previous restaurant. Today we don't hesitate to make 2 hours of drive back to eat in this famous restaurant. We appreciate being able to enjoy this wonderful moment in a quiet atmosphere and we really feel that the owners want to please these customers. The kitchen is excellent and everything is done so that our taste buds are awake. the service is done in discretion and with attention that is pleased. We hope that the adventure will last for a long time because good times as we would always like to pass.
A pleasant moment with friends around regional dishes made with love without forgetting a friendly welcome
We had not had to go to the same restaurant as juliette p and thibaut h whose opinions are totally incomprehensible for the gastronomes we are, including teenagers! the phone reception for the reservation was very nice as the reception and the service on site, to the small onions and understanding. We are used to frequent the restaurants where everything is done at home so we, we were not surprised by the entry-plat-dessert command during the aperiod phase (the chef must have time to prepare everything so that the plates of the guests arrive at the same time !) or by the waiting between the dishes. foie gras, crispy pig foot, eggplant, fake-filet, stuffed pigeon, and I forget it!, were on our menu, everything was appreciated. If our good education had not held us, we would have licked the plates, and yet they were full! thanks to the bosses for this very good lunch at a very reasonable price
A good score on tripadvisor, a gourmet restaurant, why hesitate? already the reception was deplorable, we had not booked and we were welcomed as less than nothing. a reading of the card, we are surprised by all the good driving notes listed everywhere. But who do we take the customers for? We order, the waitress is very uncomfortable. I have to order my dessert at the beginning of the meal. Uh, but if I'm hungry? I don't take it... Result I didn't have an entry either. My partner's camembert croquettes were too fat, the cheese too strong, endless ... my pigeon was not bad but drowned in the pepper sauce served with the duck thigh. but where do you see a pigeon served with a strong pepper sauce!! result I have not taken advantage of any drowned taste. Here comes the cheeses whose a neuchâtel which obviously spent too much time out in the hot before returning to the fridge ... the contour is blackened under the crust, it is inmangeable. The wine at 8€ the glass is insipid...All for an exhorbitant price (40€ per person) ! it is not a gourmet restaurant, it is just a canteen of road! for this price, it is unqualifiable! Don't stop!
A certain lack of competition for this restaurant that does no effort and does not question. A room without light, decoration completely to be rebuilt. An unpleasant service (there are even instructions on the table), approximate (forget from a dish). From the rudimentary cuisine that says gastronomic, without any interest.Take 65 euros for 2, 30 euros would have been the right price, not to mention that we haven't had a good time. The canteen would be more appropriate than restaurant.
