Decent Ribs, Friend Service. I always drove by during lunch and saw the parking lot packed with cars. Tried it for the first time and I ordered a full rack of ribs and potato salad. The ribs are really good, better than a lot of places around the area. I was really surprised considering it was a national chain restaurant. The decor says chain but the food feels similar to a mom and pop restaurant. What I loved was the customer service. I came almost near closing time and all the workers were still very welcoming and asked if I needed help.

Eat Your Brisket Out, Sonny!. True smoke, true sauces, even spicy, moist fallin' apart meats, friendly, attentive service, great sides...Sonny's should set, sorry!

Ever since the pandemic this restaurant had really gone down hill, from the employees Who could care less of you as a customer. And the pricing has been unbelievable high. A pound of Brisket at $28.00 per pound. There are many other places that value their customers and are not rude. For a little more than $28.00 dollars I can get a full meal. I would not waste my time here unless you have lots of money to buy over priced food and love to be put down by rude employees. Looks like management is not what it used to be. No wonder a lack of cars in the parking lot. I would be ashamed to recommend this for a place to bring a family or a friend. I used to look forward to coming here but with all the close by food choices I can knock this one off the list. Oh the icecream maker has a sign that says out of order...its been 3 years if you don't any longer want to offer what you used to at least remove it instead of teasing the children. Lame

I was going to put that the sauce on the ribs is way too much. Staff is friendly. There is an issue with the woman's bathroom. The toilet paper does not come out On an easy basis. It is almost impossible to get any. I told the staff and they said the owner is aware of it, but he is too cheap to purchase what is actually needed. Tvs should be on different kinds of programs. Due to a medical concern, I am on medication. And sometimes my speech gets picked up different, A very hurtful and discriminal leading response was made because because of it period instead of being professional and say. Could you please clarify for me? There is something wrong with The way it came through comma it wa lot of letters together. Just goes to show they are not veray and sightful on how to deal with people with disabilities.
