Cali St. Pete - SAINT PETERSBURG

Definitely one of my places. I am happy with their extensive menu, and the prices are fair. My Bf always orders the steak eggs and swears with it! I love to try and appreciate all their bowls, choose the option and choose the protein/bases. My darling are they? Hot n Crunchy and the Brazilian. Portions are more than enough. Live music can sometimes be too loud, but would definitely come back!

Environment was clean and staff was very friendly; Service was also quite fast. I didn't think much about the hot and crunchy bowl; the presentation was great, but there was not much taste. The Tempura onions on the top were really the only texture to the dish that did not feel like mush, but even they seemed too fat. The tuna tasted fresh, but in any case it had to be marinated or otherwise it is simply lost in the bowl as it did this time. I couldn't taste anything else in the court. Both my coworker and I have always asked for more soy sauce than side to give the dish at least a bit of taste, which should simply not be necessary. But her cookies were bombs.

Tried the hot honey pizza, made with golf coast sourdough crust... Oh, my God, it's crazy. And I love the outdoor terrace, gorgeous green and super friendly staff. We even have a few free cookies to make it our first time.

Cali is probably what I look forward to most when visiting the family in St. Pete. The food is fantastic. Tamara is also a top animal server. She treated us as if we were fine dining customers, expected what we needed before we needed it, super friendly and sweet. You can say that they put much love and care in the healing of these recipes and all that I had is blowing me. The food is simply exciting and refreshing when you are tired of normal foods.

I got the Brazilian bowl and a berry hibiscus iced tea. I really loved both the food and the ice tea. I think my servers name was Evan, they were really nice and were on top of it
