I used my buy one get one deal without any issues, and they even helped me keep track of the reason for the reward. Excellent service!

Extremely rude staff! Told my girlfriend she can get free pretzels out of the trash, haha. We asked if prices are cheaper since it was 9pm/closing. I almost lost it on the girl and her co-conspirator.

Three staff members were standing around doing nothing, distracted by their phones and food. I had to wait 15 minutes in line while the staff seemed completely unengaged. There was one person who appeared to be doing all the work.

We waited for about 15-20 minutes. When we approached the African American woman at the counter who didn’t have a name tag, we ordered a clear pulp and three with salt. She refused to serve us the pulp, claiming there wasn't any even though it was clearly visible in the heating tray. The couple ahead of us requested freshly made pretzels, and she told them not to worry. I then asked if she could make us some freshly made pretzels, and she said no. I’m not sure what the issue was, but I definitely won’t be returning.

This Auntie Anne's is a great place to visit. The staff are friendly, and they work their hardest to provide their customers with a good experience. Plus, they have out of this world fresh pretzels! I highly recommend paying a visit.
