Shambala - Saint Petersburg

Very happy with my visit. the menu has pictures of any dish that makes the choice difficult, everything looks good. the service is great. the thieves are friendly. and although preparation was long, it was because they had to go into the last to buy a product that was finished (in the deep where I live, the servant would simply say that a dish is not available instead of going into the last to buy a product).

We stopped for lunch and had two of the business lunch specialties and a vegan pizza. the lunch specialties were dry and tasted not much, except the dahl suppe that was delicious. the vegan pizza was good, but nothing special. it is a shake because the decor is great, they play interesting music and the staff are courteous. with some improvement this place would be great

Eating is good and affordable, in any case recommended to eat even meat. there will be something someone, vegetarian or not satisfied

One star is for the polite waiter, ambiance and choice of crockery and glasses. All food we ordered including tea was not hot rather medium warm. The soup in the menu cream soupade from avocado and carrot) was served cold and nowhere in the menu it is stated that it is a cold soup I asked for it to be heated up which waiter politely took care off however the soup arrived back medium warm heating up the soup just brought more of the carrot juice flavor up and gave it some body however avocado was nowhere to be seen or tasted Not even the зелень which constitutes for any green think parsley, corriander, dill, celery,etc was not present at all. Perhaps the quality ofnit was like the crushed pepper on the table wothout taste and any scent. The carrot soup is rather just juce from the carrot. I know I cook and have eating in vegan restourant across the world. Further on the vegan shawarma and burrito we have order had a subtle taste but no soy meat as the menu states or mybr in traces as i took a bite from the middle and there was none of it, as well no or small amount of falafel in thr shaverma. Both served at very low temperature. Last meal I had was beets roll the menu does not state that raw mayonnaise is made from red liquid in which chia seeds were submerged no taste at all. The sushi itself was ok and I love nori seaweed so there was not much room to fail in this dish. I was hoping for a much more of gourmet meal as promised by the photos from the menu however, all my hopes were not met. There is a lot room for improvement. Please, make the effort.
