The Wild Bean - Saint Paul

My wife and I like to go down and get our coffee from time to time. it was always a big coffee and the staff was very friendly. I would probably pass on the food options because it was nothing special. but still they are a coffee shop and I feel them do it well!

This place is a Mahtomedi staple. I spend most of my time in coffee shops around the twin cities but time and time again I find myself back at The Wild Bean. Great coffee and food is just one of the reasons this place is great! The super friendly staff and great atmosphere top it off. Highly recommend

My kids and I really love this coffee shop. They go for the mango smoothies and the loud questions about other customers. I love it for the easy walk and the delicious coffee. The staff is always friendly and brightens your day. They have plenty of regulars who must feel the same way.It feels good to support a local business, to show your kids it’s important to do. I’m impressed by the owner who’s doing something big at a young age. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff make you feel like a real human even if you feel like a zombie before the coffee hits. pour over is surprisingly fast and yummy. my hubs is obsessed the raspberry chocolates so i always have to pick one up. nice gift boxes too!

I rarely write a review, but after walking away and taking a sip of the coffee that I just paid $7+ for, I was extremely disappointed!! Something was off and while I kept trying to drink it I finally dumped it out. This is such a bummer because I WANT to like this place. It's a cute coffee shop! The staff are all friendly and I enjoy chatting with them. It's small and local and I like to support places like this!! BUT I wish it had quality coffee...especially for the price you pay. I really hope things can improve because I don't want to give up on this place. I want to see it thrive!! I have hope for it.
