I am so impressed with this shop. It is so much more than 'just a butcher shop. ' There 's an excellent assortment of beautiful (yes, beautiful) meat, frozen meals for easy grab and go, and the most divine, delicious pork liver. This pork liver is the perfect addition to your appetizer plate at any dinner party and guaranteed will be a crowd pleaser. I love this place and will be back again and again <3

Yes, I drive from Loring Park to my go to place for excellent service and amazing variety. I can't say enough about this place ... go visit buy roast repeat!

For all meat eaters, this is the place to go! Just had the best pork chop I've ever had. Highly recommend you visit the shop.

The customer service and 'welcome ' to the shop is wonderful. There is truly something for everyone. I could 've selected one of everything, however, I went with sausages. I asked for a recommendation for something on the grill and purchased two French Onion sausage .. And personally selected two chicken sausages .. They were PERFECTION! I can 't wait to try the breakfast sausage next .. I truly appreciate their perspective regarding butchery and local farming. I cannot wait to bring my husband back to try the Pastrami sandwich as the sample I received was out of sight ... 'A riff on Texas bbq ' ... After 3 yrs in Texas ... It was just that! Way to go, St Paul Meat Shop! Truly a gem!!!

Always a fun educational and tasty experience visiting the St. Paul Meat Shop! Can't wait to try our take home meal of Greek meatballs with curry sauce and the borscht.
