Smashburger - Saint Paul

Yesterday evening and it was delicious. There were only 2 men who worked so there was a little waiting, but they rocked it. They did their absolute best! Please rent more staff to help these two.

Always faster and friendly service. The burgers are amazing and you can not find any better fries or milkshakes anywhere on the planet. Prices are very fair to drive better than fast food chains.

One of the best burgers I've ever tried. Fries to perfection. If you still had some of their hay fever onions, you must experience that. It is worth a visit. For my wallet, SB is a Tad ally and that keeps me from getting regular. I will definitely be back when I feel treated myself!

Order for pickup by DoorDash 8/26. To 7 went to a very rude cashier sitting downstairs. I told him I was there to pick up a DoorDash order, and he sighed and rolled his eyes. Food was great, but workers were very rude. Then he forgot one of the burgers, and when I told him that, he only pointed to the warming counter so that I could catch myself. Didn't appreciate the attitude. But again food is always great!

I am writing in to discuss my unpleasant experience. This is my very first time trying smash burger yet I was very disappointed after waiting over 30 mins for this order. We realized we paid extra to get double meat on a burger which we didn?t get. I also didn?t receive the milk to my child?s kids meal. I was very disappointed to realize we paid a little extra for double meat and got cheated out of that. With the economy being this bad I don?t believe anyone is wishing to loose money even if it?s just $2.
