Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Saint Paul

Seemed like a busy location as the line was out into the street. Closest one off the highway on the way home. Staff friendly even with the constant people pulling up. I did have 2 long black hairs on my spicy chicken sandwich but didn't notice until Istarted eating on the highway so nothing I could do.

Horrible customer service lady at the window screamed at us charge us more $10 more at the window then said over the speaker. Missing food no utensils. Don’t go to this location bad experience all around.

Love going for the 2 pc.its cooked to perfection 80% of the time. Although I did go the other night not only was my chicken soggy and fries cold as well as potatoes taste old. The person preparing my food had a big coat and hat on. The other lady next to her was picking my food up with her hands and pushed my fries in the box with her hands. This isn't sanitary and I was very upset.

We have gotten take out from this Popeyes several times. Most times, our orders have been correct. The food is very good.

The location in the rice street is very good. perhaps new manager or new worker? at least half the time the chicken will be thoroughly dried out as it sat under heat lamps for hours. I'm not going back to this place anymore. I just got a 3 piece dinner at night and the chicken was dried out and hard like a rock. apparently it doesn't matter to the manager. the employees don't care. You take your chances when you eat here. it's a gamble.
