Biscuit our eating was wrong and looks like it fell on the floor. we called and the leaders of the layer said that it had not fallen there, and we should bring back everything to be inspected, and if it had dropped off, they will replace it, although their lobby is closed and their line is 20 minutes long. they suddenly hung up on me and didn't even let me say that they didn't give me my darings or my entrance. we spent $70 and just thrown it in the garbage. do not waste the time or the money. Above all, to call them and let them know that we do not want a refund.
The food quality is not up to par, the inside is permanently closed. If you are missing anything you have to go back in line and wait.....Needs better management
Lobby is closed, no car, no food. What a great business model. Thanks for discriminating. You are loosing thousands of dollars from people not willing to waste fuel and the environment idling their vehicles through your drive thru.
Dine-in is not an option…Chose to go elsewhere so I wouldn’t need to eat in my car.
