Bidrage med feedbackAll we had was delicious! cocktails were great and we ordered some apps (we got 1 per person as we have shared entrees, but about 1 per 2 people would be about as they are on the smaller side). then we have 3 commands of knödeln to share between 6 people. the service, the eating and the ambiente were excellent. we will try again the rest of the menu!
On a cold, snowy night. moscow on the hill really meets the place with this hearty, comfort eating vibe. we have been here for their bauernknödel a few times, but we decided to try others tonight and as usual we are not disappointed. the service is always good and during this time of the year it is very firm and warm with Christmas light and decorated. I love it!
To be honest, I always thought it was a really upscale restaurant (not exactly sure what leads me to this conclusion) and a place for really special occasions. not the case! super accessible, and standard prices for any sit-down connection (I would even say that the drinks are a stealing everything we had was very good, although I thought that the pirozhok was a little dry without the sauce, but the cabbage rolls completely for it. I would have told them I didn't like carving, but they were fantastic! warm and comforting and so delightful to eat. it is a bit strange to eat this rich, warming, sticky rib comfort while sitting on a beautiful terrace on a hot summer evening, but we have it with the help of the killer cocktails. although I only made one picture of two, we had several and all were top notch. we're coming back!
Great bar and drinks. eating was also very good. I had a vodka flight, inlaid vegetables, bark tongues and pushkin cakes. the piklesgemüse was good, tart and had a decent sort. the cork tongue was tender and the carrots of the maish had amazing taste. the puschkinkuchen had a fine honey flavor with the chocolate. the service was great and I'm going back definitiw.
A beautiful restaurant that serves amazing Russian food and delicious cocktails. Their horseradish vodka is superb and they have a wide assortment of cocktails, beers, and vodkas. And occasionally, an accordion player. Food is on the spendier side, with each meal being $20-$30, but it is absolutely worth it. I was impressed with the portions and the deliciousness of the food. They also have a long list of appetizers, and they're all delicious. If you consider yourself a picky eater, I would look at a menu online first. And there aren't many options for vegetarians, be aware. The wait staff was superb and attentive. We had no complaints. I will absolutely be going back there. I wish I could give this place more stars.
