Famous Dave's Roseville MN - Saint Paul

I don't understand why this restaurant is listed on Open Table. It's a place where you order at the counter and find your own table. We arrived for our reservation at 7:15 pm and were informed that they had already stopped serving customers, even though they were supposed to be open until 10 pm. They said they were too busy and couldn't accommodate any more customers. Very disappointed and will not be dining at Famous Dave's restaurants again. There are plenty of other options out there.

Please do not continue to allow bookings for a restaurant that does not accept reservations. We reserved a table for Father's Day only to be told upon arrival that they don't accept reservations. This issue needs to be addressed immediately - either remove the location or block reservations to prevent further confusion. It is frustrating to have such a negative experience overshadow the great food and service provided.

As usual we enjoyed the food. Thank you for the military discount! We will be back.

I called ahead to let them know we would be running about 10 minutes late, and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. When we arrived, it only took about 3 to 5 minutes to place our order. We opted for a booth, and they provided a bucket of water with disinfectant to clean the table and seats before we sat down. Our food arrived in about 7 to 10 minutes, and it was both delicious and generous in portion. I even took my dessert home and enjoyed it that night and the next day for brunch.

Did not realize this was a order at the counter restaurant. Employees were yelling back and forth at each other (work related but unprofessional nonetheless). No paper towels at wash station. Food was not cooked all the way through. Would not return.
