Eagan Carbone's - Saint Paul

I can't stop my main pizzeria because they're not open on Sunday. Miracle when it is closed on Sunday means 30% to even 40% less weekly sales. They don't just lose Sundays, they lose regularly. I guess they don't care. And if Emily waits for me again, I'll never be back.

Pizza wasn?t all that special. We ordered one pepperoni and one house special. It was way too cheesy and both pizzas barely had any toppings. It was one of the most saltiest crust!! This restaurant is one of restaurants to try but we will not visit again!!

This is my local Carbone's so I'm leaving my review with them, even though I have ate at multiple locations. The food and service is always outstanding regardless of the location. My personal recommendation is the 5 topping house special sauerkraut. I know what you're thinking, but if you like sauerkraut you will really like it on this pie.

Spaghetti WITH MEATBALLS is delicious!! The noodles and sauce are good by themselves but don't skimp on yourself owner John's secret recipe for meatballs is a spicy, savory delight.

I had lunch at the restaurant, and the service was excellent. However, I found the pizza to be overloaded with sauce and cheese. I would suggest ordering it with less sauce and cheese for a better experience. The flavors were quite enjoyable!
