Dunkin' - Saint Paul

Good variety of donuts.my friend loves French donuts and they had them. Rather go in store then drive up. Can see more choices if not familiar to products.

I had gotten a Bacon egg and cheese bagel, They forgot everything on it the first time. I had to drive back and he grabs the bagel and just puts it on there no heating up, Egg is not warm, bacon is not warm, cheese is a old slice. Not toasted or anything. Honestly I wont be going back. The guy was not very nice and laughed.

They do donuts, muffins, drinks, etc. well. Breakfast items are mostly disappointing (hashbrowns and sausages Crossiant). Customer service is below average, especially in the morning. I've done several pick-up commands, and they just let commands in a huge split pile?? I try to ask employees to help me find my order and they don't help. Objects are often completely disappeared.

I had a good experience today. The staff was polite and helpful. I ordered a French vanilla coffee and received a free cake donut because it was national donut day. I enjoyed the donut. Coffee's good. I would order another taste of coffee next time because I'm not in the French vanilla, but it's not my taste dds mistake. I'll be back.

Called twice to see if lobby was open (see review of Vally Creek Dunkin). No answer, phone just rings until you hear a click and then it hangs up on you. Kwik Trip here we come.....
