Domino's Pizza - Saint Paul

I ordered 6 medium pepperoni pizzas for a Halloween party and only paid $45. $60 after a tip. We had a lot of happy kids and the pizzas were delicious. The pizzas got here surprising fast considering there were 6 of them and they were fresh hot. I will definitely be ordering from Domino's for any party occasions.

Today I had the worst experience ever with this location. I put my order at 1:59. The online tracker worked, but then conveniently stopped. I called the store 5 times, was for 10 minutes or more and no person will answer the phone. You answer the phone and say fast? Thank you for calling Dominos, please hold and hold me. It is now 15:20, an hour and a half after I have ordered my food and not only is it not here. But no one will answer the phone. I'll never order from this place again. Terrible.

UPDATE 4/28/19: After we waited two hours for food to arrive, call and be lied to never receive our simple $60 order, we had to save up to receive refund. They would almost think that they canceled the order as they acted. I'm just disappointed by how the situation was handled. Otherwise, the review is still true. You work hard, and it might have been a bad day. Would order them again. Brooo, the pizza was so fire! Ordered, took everything ready and fresh upon arrival. Even delivery has gone well, several times. You have a lot of staff, you look busy all the time. This place hasn't failed me yet.

I just wanted to say that you did an amazing job on my order tonight! The thin crust pizza with Alfredo sauce, chicken, roasted peppers, and spinach was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much!

Every time I've ordered delivery, takeout, or pickup from this Domino's, I've been truly impressed. Particularly with the takeout and pickup service. Given the recent challenges with staffing, I can't imagine that everyone behind the counter is tipped as generously as the drivers. However, the team at this location works diligently and seamlessly together. It's genuinely inspiring to witness, and even more remarkable to see their consistent work ethic. While I don’t choose Domino's for every meal, whenever I do, I appreciate that it's prepared by hardworking individuals like myself. Thank you to everyone there!
