Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

I've been a loyal customer and always look forward to my morning coffee, just like everyone else. Until now, I've had no issues, and the customer service has usually been excellent! However, this morning's experience was quite different. I ordered my usual drink, but unfortunately, it was made incorrectly. At first, I was okay with returning it, but after receiving the wrong drink three times, I finally asked for a refund. Lakena assisted me, but her attitude was quite rude, especially given my frustration with the situation. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Caribou! You would think that since the baristas are trained to make these drinks, they would get it right on the first try!

This is, without a doubt, the best Caribou location I’ve ever visited. First and foremost, the staff here is exceptionally friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic. They work together seamlessly, ensuring efficient service and a quick turnaround. Moreover, the manager is always present, actively engaging with the team. I’m particularly impressed by the manager’s ability to spot potential in new employees, helping them ramp up quickly. As someone who manages large businesses with over 50 employees across various locations, watching how this team operates has really made me rethink my hiring practices. How can I find more people like this? Overall, outstanding job!

This is definitely my favorite Caribou Coffee spot! I'm thrilled that it's on my morning route. The vibe is fantastic, with delightful music and a lively energy that feels bustling yet not overwhelming. The staff here are incredible too! Even when I'm not in the best mood at 7:30 in the morning, the friendly team always brightens my day and puts a smile on my face. And the drinks? They're exceptional!

I absolutely love this Caribou Coffee. I've been coming here for my coffee for about 12 years, and my drinks are always made with great care. The staff is friendly, but I particularly appreciate the young Black man who works here. He always remembers my name, which is such a thoughtful gesture. I feel bad that I can't recall his name, but he definitely deserves a raise!

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful, but I really wish it were located on the first floor to make it more accessible for bikers like my daughter and me.
