Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

I used to visit a different location, but since moving to the area, I've started going to this Caribou. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality here; my drink orders have been perfect every time.

I'm typically not one to complain about service, but today was a bit frustrating. I ordered a coffee and waited for 10 minutes, only to find out that they had forgotten to make it. When I reminded them, they assured me it would be prepared right away. Another 10 minutes passed, and my coffee still hadn’t arrived. During that time, I watched at least 15 people who ordered after me receive their drinks and food. While I understand that it can get busy, the staff didn’t seem to acknowledge the situation as a problem and instead offered excuses about the rush.

Great service! There are comfortable areas to relax, all set in a well-arranged dining/study atmosphere.

This is always my favorite spot. The staff is friendly, and I really appreciate their smiles. This time, I tried a ham and cheese bouga-ritto. I didn’t receive the sauce I ordered with it, but it’s still my favorite place!

The staff is always very friendly, the coffee is amazing, and I truly appreciate their commitment to wearing masks and minimizing contact! Thank you to everyone there for your dedication and courage during this pandemic.
