Arby's - Saint Paul

I'm usually a big Arby's fan, but this location has let me down repeatedly On several occasions they have gotten my order wrong.

The worst experience ever! Waiting in the drive thru for more than 45 minutes. The sandwiches were put together so sloppy, cheese half on the sandwich and cold. Once we got to the window we waited 15 minutes. The curly fries were cold. I've worked in the food service, I believe there were 4 employees. Two should have been on the food line, 1 o. Fries and bagging and then the last could take orders and make drinks.

10/10 service! Best night crew I've had there!!! Had to wait for a few minutes, though I did have a large order, and everything was right, hot, and I even got a free pie for not even 5 minutes of waiting. Simply the best *cue music

We drove through the journey and were the second car in the line. we just ordered two brote and one pop. we waited for 20 minutes because the car had a big order in front of us. I think they should have a big job and let the little things go through. When we finally got into the window, our order sat on the counter all the time. Our sandwiches tasted ok, but we're not hot.
