The sign in the street indicates artisanal. It's true that the dishes are prepared as sales go, but the cruccal bread and the wraps are industrial. Even the salad was served live from the open bag in front of us without even being rinsed! The concept is a good idea of rapid restoration but its realization is to be improved.
