La Guinguette des Amoureux

We did a road trip all around france during 2 weeks, and took an appointment at this restaurant because of the romantic experience we read about online. And i have to say that we were not let down by the actual experience. The landscape is absolutly awsome, we really felt in phase with the nature ! The service was very pleasent, the waiters did not overwelm us with their presence, they know the right spot beetween At your service and the discretion needed for a romantic dinner. The plates came in pretty fast compared with the differents experience we had during our trip. The meals were delicious, and good sized compared at some other restaurants ! The prices are really afforadable, especially considering the settings and the quality of service they provide ! I would love to bring her back there, cause at this time, we both agree that this was one of the best experience we had in France !

I went there three times in july. Beautifull spot in the heart of mother nature. What a landscape

Because of the romantic setting, I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a romantic dinner. It ended up horrible. The waiter had a 'I am only here for the money ' attitude. She wanted the 'Gamba 's ' and got only 5 of them thrown on her plate. Not even an attempt to dress up the plate/dish and that for €19, €1,50 for some molten garlic butter, €4 for some garniture.. That sums up €24,50 for 5 Gamba 's like what the..?! I had an entrecote with two cooked potatoes. Costed me €32,50.... This restaurant doesn 't deserve to occupy such a beautiful location. You should really avoid this place. When we went home and I had to cook her another meal because she was still hungry.

Pre cooked food overpriced microwaved, cold and burnt food. Manager does not give a toss about customers!!!! We have come here for generations this is the worst we have experienced…. It’s a shame because not many places around and it could be great
