Super meal with a calf rib cooked with perfectly pink wood fire! Followed by a very good shotamisu revisited. For the simple and effective night part, a very good evening in the establishment:
This is the place or stay for a stay on the Vercors Plateau. A super welcoming and fun team, a place that is both easy to access but with a sense of isolation, a kitchen at the top and at the same time being very reasonable on prices. We had to stay there only one night but had to change our plans after a program change and waited only to come back in the second night after a day of walking in the rain. I'll go back with the family for sure!
A perfect service, as expected in the mountains: nice and attentive Meal as rarely in a hostel The large and comfortable dorm room Clean showers with hot water All in a perfect setting in the middle of the Vercors Plateau. We should spend 1 night, it'll be two in the end! We'll be back! Thanks again to Chrystelle and Manu for their welcome!
