We went to test this restaurant, having seen the very good reviews. The staff was nice but we are still disappointed. Quality is similar to industrial sushi and caramel pork wasn't what we expected (it made me think of a taste of lacquered pork, which is Chinese... . The cabbage salad was really salty. Used in Japanese cuisine, I'm very surprised at what we were served... I hope this opinion can be understood without malice.
