Taco Bell - Saint Louis

Absolutely lazy staff. Came by late night to get some food before going back to house sitting. They told me as well as at least 2 dozen other people that it would be a 30 minute wait because their system was down. Not the first time I 've heard this exact thing at a Taco Bell late at night. Of course if you wait the 30 minutes you drive back through and they tell you 15 more and it just keeps going until they get you to leave. When they told me it would be a wait I thought they said 5 minutes and continued to look at the menu. Overheard on speaker great she 's waiting lazy staff who don 't want to work. Don 't go here.

The laziest crew of 4 people I have ever witnessed! No one responded to a drive-thru window after 5 min I drove around and went inside to see 4 employees sitting in the dining area and then waited several min until 1 person pointed to a kiosk for me to order and pay and then waited several min for anyone to get up to prepare the food.

The food is great, but the wait in the drive-thru is excessively long. It often seems like the employees are not quite sure what they're doing, as I've received items I didn't even order. This place is convenient for a quick meal, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you lack patience.

Had workmen at my house at 7am that wanted breakfast, They decided to go to Taco Bell. Sadly at 7:30am your restaurant still wasn't open. Not good if you to be a successful business. If you are not going to be open at 7am stop advertising what you can't deliver, change your business hours !

The staff was extremely rude, and the service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. This was for breakfast.
