Disappointing Customer Service. I ordered the new meatball sub, but the employee forgot to add the garlic spread. After she placed the meatballs on the bread, I asked about the garlic spread. She attempted to put it on top of the meatballs, but I informed her that I wanted an entirely new sandwich, as that’s not how it was made before. When I asked for a new sandwich, she told me that if I wanted it on anything other than white bread, it would cost me an additional $2. I was absolutely astounded! The other Subway location I visit allows you to choose any type of bread without extra charges. I do not recommend the Subway at Overland Plaza, Missouri, store #60248.
I tried the Italian sub, and it was fantastic! The checkout experience was excellent too. I will definitely be going back!
