Starbucks - Saint Louis

Today, the staff was incredible on Red Cup Day! They were efficient, friendly, and everything ran smoothly as everyone worked together to get our orders out. It was a fantastic experience!

I absolutely love this location! Marce, Mekayla, and Emily were the friendliest baristas I've ever encountered. The service was incredibly fast, and they really connected with the customers.

My experience today was quite enjoyable, even though nothing particularly remarkable occurred. The two staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly. I believe five stars should be given when they are warranted. Sometimes, I notice variations in how my drinks are made at different locations, but today they were perfect—especially for my first visit to this specific place. We did have to wait a bit longer than we expected, with just one car ahead of us, but we weren't in a rush. Our drinks were honestly the best I've had anywhere. Thank you for putting so much effort into our order today!

To add to our disappointment, the coffee wasn't cold enough, and we ultimately had to dispose of it. I believe it's necessary for someone to address Elizabeth's behavior—our experience was quite frustrating overall.

I genuinely think this is the best Starbucks in the area. They've never made a mistake with my orders, even when they're complicated. The drive-thru operates smoothly, even with 15 cars in line. Inside, there's plenty of seating. All the staff members are very friendly and know how to engage with customers effectively!
