Bidrage med feedbackI don’t think I’ve ever went to the trouble of writing a review before but wow. Don’t waste your time or money here. Service is horrible. We never got a water refill. It took forever for our floats to come out and when they did, it was half melted and the soda was flat. The chicken was dryer than a popeyes biscuit. Gave us hardly any sauce, and then gave us the wrong sauce. Fries looked dirty like they’d been prepared in something that hasn’t been washed in months. Disgusting.
The food was amazing! We had a single and double cheeseburger with fries and did not disappoint. The only thing I would suggest is removing the peppercini from the double cheeseburgers basket...not good. The prices for food are decent, but ice cream seemed a little overpriced. We came at a slow time, and there were a lot of empty tables. However, it took a while for a server to greet us. Just didn't seem like a welcoming atmosphere, so we didn't stay for dessert. Don't know if I would recommend it or not, kind of on the fence.
The Soda Fountain at Union Station, St. Louis, MO was amazing!!!! This was our first time to both Union Station and the Soda Fountain. We went for dinner after the dinner rush and service was excellent- a big thank you to our server CHELSEY HAKES! My family and the family we dined with both have kiddos on the spectrum and Chelsey went above beyond to help us find seats away from the hustle bustle, she quickly accommodated us with anything we needed, and she was accurate in taking our order! The food was yummy, the ice cream delicious, the inside and outside environment phenomenal. We will be back!! Thank you Chelsey for helping to make our usually impossible eating out possible!Parking: Easy to find parking, I think street parking was easiest and cheapest option for a quick trip. Street parking took both card and coin change- easy enough to type in your licenses plate and it gave us a ticket with the time expiration. Don’t skimp on paying the meter as there was a guard going around frequently checking plates. We saw him both when arriving and leaving, he was helpful to us.Kid-friendliness: We had 2 kiddos on the spectrum with our group and our waitress Chelsey H was able to go above beyond to help our families find a quieter area where the kiddos could be themselves without being a disruption. We went after the dinner rush and the environment was amazing service fast which we need when having multiple kiddos to keep busy calm while waiting.
Had a great experience here. Bright a large group and didn’t have a long wait. Waitress was awesome. Food was priced so that we didn’t go broke feeding 8 kids and 2
Went into the candy shop with my girlfriend and browsed while the two employees talked to each other and stared at me (probably because of all my tattoos) I found some beer and champagne flavored jelly beans and walked up to the checkout where the two employees were as well I went to grab a pack of old fashioned gum that's at the register and I sat my items down the employees just walked off we waited a minute to see if they would come back and we ended up leaving the items we wanted to purchase at the counter and walking out. This was our first real vacation and the experience we had there really soured my night. I shouldn't get treated less than because of my looks and I do not recommend this place.
