St. Louis Bread Co. - Saint Louis

Ordered 2 You pick twos for store pick-up. Plus 6 bagels, to be sliced in half. Got order home, one sandwich was wrong, one soup was wrong, bagels not sliced. Had to return to store TWICE to get it right. They were not busy. Why so many mistakes?? Can they not read?? So irritating!!?

My order was for delivery. I got a full Greek salad frozen mocha. The mocha was good but the salad was terrible! Old limp lettuce, very few olives the tomatoes were mushy. Do not feel this was worth over $8. I probably could have gotten a better salad from the gas station. I spent $35 on the whole order (I had another you pick 2) I feel if I spend this much money I should get quality food. I will be very hesitant about using this location again. I wish I could give no stars

I came in to get some work done and was hoping I could order from my table but couldn't at this location. So I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier didn't understand what I was saying. I asked to sub my chicken for quinoa and she some how hear ham. Not only am I a vegetarian, am allergic to pork. I canceled and ordered rapid pick up instead and my food was done exactly the way I ordered it and done in less than 8 minutes. I do like that this location does have a fire place as well. I wish I could give this a 4.5 because the ordering issue at the counter was only worth loosing 1/2 star compared to the rest of the service and ambience. Another thing I noticed was I got a few people staring at me as though I was a strange face. Other than those two things it was a good experience.

Great service. Took Extra care to keep my food safe from cross contamination?to keep it gluten free. Friendly and fast. Thanks awesome team at this location.

They burned 4 bagels trying to get us two. The two we got were terrible. One burned, one not toasted. While waiting for the bagel, a gentleman asked if he could help us. Stated another person was. So he blatantly told us, then get out of the way so I can help someone else. Okay.
